Sea Oaks is amenity rich and offers 16 world class Har Tru tennis courts, 2 Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, Private Community Pool and Hot tub, Beach Club Pool and Hot Tub, Beach Club Dining/Gazebo Bar, Break Point Dining (adjacent to Tennis Courts), Historic Jungle Trail, Kayaking Biking and Fishing. Sandridge Golf Club is mere 10 minute drive. Sandridge Golf Club boasts two 18-hole championship layouts, practice range and club house. Sandridge Golf Club is a premier public golf facility in Florida.
The condo is newly renovated and furnished and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen/living room (large Smart TV), pull out sofa and screened in porch. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen is fully supplied for all your cooking and entertainment needs. BBQ is located at the community pool.
