Two parking spaces on the heated driveway (single car garage is used as the equipment/changing room). Three levels of space, high-end smart TVs, WIFI throughout, a hot tub with a view (water changed between guests), fully equipped kitchen, and theater room just to name a few. Three bedrooms upstairs and the family/ double bunk room on the lower level creates space to relax.
