Summary: Stayed for 4 nights. The building itself is very secure. You have to have the key fob to come in and get out of the building and parking garage. The unit has itโ€™s assigned parking spot and is located in the basement of the building which is a plus. The unit we stayed at was fully equipped. We didnโ€™t use the kitchen but used the washing machine (no laundry soap tho so I had to buy - also no dryer). I love that the unitโ€™s balcony opens up to the canal and we felt safe to leave the sliding door open which helped drying the clothes we washed. Another great feature is itโ€™s location. Itโ€™s walking distance to Battery Park and V&A. We didnโ€™t realize how close we were to V&A at first so we drove to V&A the day we checked in then realized we could have just walked it. As I mentioned, we felt very safe. Thereโ€™s actually a pathway that leads to Battery Park and V&A along the back of the building. We were in constant communication with Propr, the unitโ€™s Property team. They were very responsive to our questions. One minor suggestion - provide better towels. The towels provided were old and thin. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again if we ever get a chance to visit Cape Town again.
