Summary: We absolutely love Jacó Bay and the surrounding areas. We have stayed in this particular condo several times. Although the kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled several things need to be replaced. The cookware and cooking utensils were old, discolored or damaged. Being there for 6 weeks we expected to cook many meals but didn’t. The master bedroom AC leaked which could be fixed but we were expected to be there to let the repairman in. We ignored the broken handle in the sliding door and the slider that didn’t close in the master bedroom since we didn’t want to waste more time with repairmen. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked but since the ceiling was discolored I can only assume it happened before and was not repaired correctly. This time a section of the ceiling was cut out revealing mold. Although we had 4 days left we checked out. I’m hoping maintenance is improved because it really is a lovely unit in an ideal location.
