This property is perfect for family gatherings, it is nestled in a breath taking natural sanctuary surrounded by 20 acres of ancient woodland, four ponds and a stream running through the garden. There are plenty of facilities to entertain guests such as indoor swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and a grass tennis court as well as an area for badminton/volleyball.
There is also a charming one bedroom cottage on the property which sleeps four, at an extra charge. The house also offers a large living room as well as an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. Two of the the sitting rooms have TVs and all have log burners.
Nearby are many beautiful Gardens and castles and the coast and historic town of Rye are about a minute drive away.
