Spacious modern villa situated in Llenaire. 200m from the sea, 400m from the lovely sandy beaches and within walking distance to the centre of Puerto Pollenca. The villa has air con/heating throughout. All bedrooms can be king or twin.The pool with luxury sun loungers is set in the rear garden beside a covered terrace which has a built in BBQ and table for alfresco dining. Comfortably furnished terrace to the rear of the villa. Table tennis. The pool is 9m x 5m not included the steps down. The shallow end is 1.1m and the deep end 1.9m. Ground floor: large furnished entrance hall, door to utility (washing machine, tumble dryer), downstairs toilet and double doors leading to spacious lounge(TV with English channels, DVD and CD players, pellet stove), double doors from lounge to dining room and patio doors onto furnished terrace overlooking the pool. Dining room with pool table (can be converted to dining table), door to kitchen (ceramic hob, large electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave )Upstairs: bed 1 with en-suite shower - can be shared with bed 4. Bed 2 en-suite shower and bed 3 en-suite bath with shower over. There is a large shared sunny balcony with lovely mountain views from beds 1&2 and a small shaded balcony from bed 4. There are DVDs, CDs and family games available.
All bedrooms can be king or twin. Cot/highchair available. No gate to pool so please supervise children.
The villa is well situated to walk to the beach, restaurants etc but a car is advantageous if you have small children, lots of shopping to do or want to explore the surrounding area. There is a good bus service a few minutes walk from the villa to Alcudia, Pollenca, Palma etc.
Accessability : as there are no downstairs bedrooms the villa is not suitable for guests in a wheelchair.
In line with local energy saving initiatives the air-conditioning is on a timer and will be available from 6pm - 8am daily.
There is a new tourist tax in Mallorca which is charged for each person staying at the villa. Our prices include this tax and we will pay it direct to the tax department on your behalf.
