Located in the gated Kiwanda Shores neighborhood close to Pelican Brewery!
The Space:
Gorgeous ocean views from living area, Master and front deck. Spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows and tons of light throughout.
Main living features wood fireplace, and is stocked with games and books! Very comfortable sectional couch with queen sofa sleeper, and full size pullout sofa bed, flatscreen SmartTV, cable and Bluetooth Speaker.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook large meals (crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender and more!). Large dining table in addition to sit down bar makes this open kitchen perfect for entertaining!
2 bedrooms and 1 bath on Main floor (2nd level) and 1 bedroom/1bath on Lower (ground level). Upper level bathroom has extra large vanity, and a tub shower combo. Quality linens, shampoo/conditioner, bathroom essentials, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
Wake up to an ocean view from your master and fall asleep to the sound of the waves in your comfortable king size bed with crisp cotton sheets and quality bed linens. Open, light and airy as would be expected from any beach home! Flat screen TV in master for those late night movies! Master also features a separate desk area with views of the ocean for working from home.
Bedroom 2 & 3 each have queen size beds, quality linens and flatscreen TV's.
Lower-level bedroom has private attached bath and opens to outside!
Basement level family room has a pullout couch and a full sofa sleeper.2 full size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping area. NOTE: the hide-a-bed and the pullouts may not be comfortable for adults (Garage heated but cement floors) Great place to send the kids so the adults can get some alone time!
This property features a huge front deck that spans the width of the home for enjoying a sunny day, additional back deck off of dining for cooking and preparing meals on the barbecue.
This property accepts up to (2) Pre-Approved Dogs with an additional $50 per pet fee. Be sure to read and understand our Pet Policy before booking.
We are happy to share our vacation home with others in the hopes that they will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including Wi-Fi passwords and check out details. The community is gated so guest will receive a code to the gate in addition to a lock box code to access the keys once the reservation has been confirmed.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire home including games and books. There are beach chairs, ladder ball and beach toys in the garage for guests to use. Bicycles are available but they are not regularly maintained.
Front and back deck with lounge chairs and BBQ for grilling! Cupboards are stocked with spices and condiments so guests can prepare meals in fully stocked kitchen.
The Neighborhood:
The location is very convenient to everything Pacific City has to offer! Twist Wine Bar is one of our favorites in addition to the Pelican Brewery. Both are easily walkable or you can grab a bike out of the garage. Beach access directly in front of home. The neighborhood is quiet and we love the ocean views but also enjoy walking to the beach and building a campfire to enjoy Smore`s or a bottle of wine! We always see deer in the neighborhood . The front of the house is a great place to pull out some lawn furniture and set up a ladder ball tournament!C
Getting Around:
A Car is Recommended. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. Bikes are available for guests use at their own risk. You can also catch some type of shuttle to the casinos in Lincoln City

NOTE** There is only one internet provider at the beach. If you are relying on the internet to work or study remotely, this may not be a perfect fit as we cannot guarantee when outages will occur. When it is working, we have great and fast service yet it does have outages commonly. Spectrum is always overburdened in this area and we cannot guarantee a quick fix.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear
Interaction with Guests:
We do not live on site but are readily available via text, phone or email. We also have a local property manager available for emergencies.
