Summary: I stayed at this hotel during a trade fair and paid more than three times the usual rate, expecting a high-end experience. The hotel itself is modern and tastefully designed, and the room was impressively spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. T floor from the entrance to the sofa area was sticky when I arrived (hopefully just soda). I called reception, and housekeeping responded quickly and took care of it. However, since no alternative room was offered, I had to remain in the room during the cleaning, which was a bit uncomfortable. What surprised me most was the lack of a simple apology or any proactive effort from reception to address the situation. A small gesture would have gone a long way. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, especially in terms of design and room quality. With a bit more attention to service and guest care, it could truly deliver on the premium experience it aims to offer.
