Handicap Access & Bathrooms at Santa Clara Beach Access .4miles away.Ideally located in Old Seagrove within reach of several beach accesses, nature trails, tennis courts, boutique shops, entertainment and gathering hubs, groceries, restaurants, dune lakes, bike, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, yet secluded enough to enjoy a quiet evening listening to the gulf waves under the stars.
Mediterranean style open, one level layout surrounded by lush tropical vegetation opens to the veranda and pool in the backyard, while the private front courtyard greets and invites guest to slow down and enjoy indoor/outdoor laid back living perfectly suited for those who are looking to reconnect with one another and enjoy the breeze and sounds of the gulf waves in a feeling of privacy rarely found on 30A.
