In the well-known leisure and yacht harbor "Marina Wendtorf", the Scandinavian-style semi-detached house, located in the second row, offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna.
On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times.
Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a Weber electric grill. There is also a free car parking space and a lockable bicycle shed in the immediate vicinity of the house. Your four-legged friends are welcome.
From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea. Whether it is mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season.

The Wendtorf Marina is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, but this has already largely been completed. The adventure promenade directly at the harbor was recently opened. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
