All on one level, The Walnuts features a large rear garden with outdoor dining table, sofas and even 2 sun loungers, a stunning kitchen lounge diner, 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 8 guests and two bathrooms that all combine to make this the perfect place for either a family holiday in The Cotswolds or a well needed get-together with friends.
Full Description:
Entrance porch and generous hallway, large kitchen / lounge / diner with underfloor heating, dining table for up to 8 guests, fully equipped kitchen with peninsula island and breakfast bar, and a lounge area that can comfortably seat 5 guests. The kitchen has a large American style fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, electric induction hob and electric oven. There is also a kettle, toaster and microwave.
The kitchen lounge diner has multiple bi-folding doors to open the home to the rear garden which is fully enclosed and has a large porcelain patio and lawn.
Our home has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is made up of two double beds to sleep up to 4 guests and has a beautiful feature log burner too. Bedroom 2 has a King Size and a luxury en suite shower. Finally, bedroom 3 also has a king-sized bed and has its own access to the family bathroom which has a jacuzzi bath and shower over the bath.
There is a generous drive to front accessed via a wooden gate which can easily accommodate four (or more) cars.
Wi-Fi is also complimentary and available to use throughout your stay.
The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

You are welcome to bring pets, but we do charge £20 per day per pet to cover the additional cleaning that is sometimes required.
A basket of kiln dried logs along with kindling, fire lighters and matches can be ordered in advance for £20 per basket.
Freshly laundered fluffy adult sized robes can also be ordered in advance rented for £3 each.
Our home comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and cooking oil for you to use.
We also supply all crisp white linen for all the beds along with two pillows per guest. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
Please note: At the rear of the garden there is a Large Swim spa that will be locked for your stay.
