This sophisticated apartment exudes slick city vibes, with designer furnishings, premium finishings and fittings and an address and location to impress the most discerning guest. Stroll from the front door of the building down to the Rocks and Circular Quay and enjoy the best Sydney has to offer.
With internal access from the car park, enjoy secure entry into the 3rd floor home. The open plan living room is tastefully furnished and encompasses a high-end well-equipped kitchen, dining suite and comfortable lounge. The kitchen has stools at the marble counter and includes a dishwasher and microwave for your convenience. There is seating for 6 at the dining suite, and the lounge has plenty of seating to relax in at the end of the day. Art, ornaments and rugs add warmth and interest. Open the glass sliding doors and sit and enjoy a drink while you appreciate the locale, with glimpses of the city and Opera House.
The beautifully presented master bedroom is reminiscent of a hotel suite and enjoys access to the balcony, a long built-in robe and custom dressing table, and a luxe ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. It has a Queen bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed, as well as a built-in workspace. There is a second bathroom, also modern and sleek in design. All premium linen is provided for your comfort.
A washing machine and dryer are housed in a European style laundry and there is reverse cycle air conditioning / heating throughout the apartment. With possible parking (needs to be requested) and WiFi included, everything has been thought of. It’s a truly impressive apartment.
The common rooftop level is available for limited hours only and is a shared space with all of the building residents. The space can be booked exclusively for permanent residents so availability is subject to bookings. It includes a full kitchen and indoor and outdoor seating with fantastic views.
Please note: this property is a temporary listing while the family travels overseas - so while professionally cleaned and tidied before your arrival, there will be personal effects in place during your stay.
Also, check in for this property opens at 3pm and closes at 6pm, as concierge is strictly open 8am-6pm, 7 days a week. There is no after hours concierge service.
