Positive: The house, the garden and the location is just perfect. It is beautifully appointed and it has everything you might need. Also a very good barbecue (gas). The owners left a very useful information note about the practical things in the house, which was good, because the rental in itself was managed by the agency Novasol, so we had no direct contact with the owners.
Negative: Communication with Novasol through the Booking channel was not good at all. The listing did not specify whether the house had bed linen and towels or not, for example. And you just learn that you will have to pay for electricity separately once you have done the (non reimbursable) reservation. I honestly think for the price we paid both things should be included, but anyhow. I asked Novasol to clarify about the bed linen and got contradictory messages. In the end I had to resort to the Genius customer service which secured linen packages (rented separately) at the local branch of Novasol. I have to say the local branch is a totally different cup of tea: they were super efficient, everything was clearly explained and they are very nice! It might be a good idea to call them directly. Thank you!
