This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs apartment has gorgeous Rogue River views from the main living area, a bedroom and the large (29 foot x 11 foot) deck! Enjoy the river view while preparing food in a fully stocked kitchenette, while having dinner at the dining table or while having breakfast on the deck. You can watch TV and/or enjoy the electric fireplace from the couches at the same time that you enjoy the view of the river!
Enjoy watching a pair of ospreys dive and catch fish, geese swimming with their goslings, or the occasional raft or boat on the river. Go outside and spend your time in the yard at the picnic table or go fishing from the river bank in your backyard!
Peaceful property is located at end of private drive, yet minutes from Grants Pass, hospital, restaurants and supermarket.
