This newly renovated 3 bedrooms 2 bath cottage is the perfect place for your stay. All the furniture is brand new with luxury linens from Pottery Barn. This home is exclusively for our guests. No one lives here while you are not here.
Steps away from Downtown Sugar Hill and the new E center. Enjoy concerts at the Bowl or see a live performance at the Eagle Theater. New shops and restaurants are opening all the time. In the warmer months enjoy the splash park and in the winter the city has an ice rink.
Conveintly located just off Hwy 20 and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. So you can be to I-85 very quickly. Only 10 minutes from the Mall of Georgia, Suwanee, Cumming and Lake Lanier. A short drive north and you hit the North GA Mountains, fantastic waterfalls, rocks slides, shops and more! Less than 30 miles south you have access to all things Atlanta, Mercedes Benz Stadium, World of Coke and the aquarium.
