Complete access to lower floor of a large private home on 1.8 acres. Surrounded by trees and nature. Great for relaxing by the pool, going biking on the Greenway, or enjoy nearby Lake Lanier.
Pool is heated from May 1st thru Sept 30th and included in price. . Additional charge will apply outside these dates. Hot spa is available year round, free of charge.
Note, upper level is occupied by owners, a couple in their 60s.

Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful visit here for five days, visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. First, the space was spotless, and enormous โ€“ย we loved having the gym room, ping pong space, extra bar kitchen space, and large living room with a nice desk area for remote work. It's the full basement of a house, with plenty of windows along two sides of the space โ€“ย we had a great view of bright red autumn leaves on the grounds. We baked several pies here โ€“ย there's plenty of counter space, and modern appliances. John was very responsive and helpful to any questions, and we'll be staying here next time we're in town!
