Positive: The location couldn’t be better – every major point of interest in Palermo is easily reachable on foot. We loved discovering new corners of the city by taking different routes every day – Palermo truly never stops surprising you! The apartment is simple, but perfect for a couple – just what we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Romina, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with great advice while still respecting our privacy. She made our stay even more enjoyable with her thoughtful recommendations.
Negative: After 15 wonderful days in Palermo, it’s hard to find anything we didn’t like. Just be prepared for some loud fireworks on weekends – a true Sicilian tradition. For us, this wasn’t really an issue; on the contrary, it was fascinating to experience how the local communities celebrate their holidays in such a unique way.
Summary: Overall, our stay was unforgettable – the perfect mix of comfort, culture, and warm hospitality. We will definitely come
