This Premier+ 4,800 sqft luxury chalet in our Platinum Signature Series is just 6 miles from Pigeon Forge, nestled on a large private wooded lot with panoramic mountain views. Main Level:
The main level features a spacious two-story open living area, custom kitchen, dining area, half bath, laundry, two king bedroom suites, and full-length outdoor deck.
The living room offers comfortable leather furnishings including a sleeper sofa, a year-round electric fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV perfect for cozy evenings. The custom kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, and sinks, plus all cookware and tableware needed. The dining area seats 10 with an additional 3 at the kitchen island. A convenient half bath and laundry area complete this level’s common spaces.
The two bedrooms each feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms with tub/shower combos, and one bedroom has direct access to the outdoor deck.
Step outside to the large outdoor deck accessible from the living area, dining area, and rear bedroom. The deck offers several seating areas perfect for relaxing with morning coffee while enjoying the stunning mountain views.
Upper Level:
The upper level features a game room, theater area with bonus seating, and three bedroom suites.
The game room is packed with entertainment including a pool table, two arcade machines, an HD pinball system with 485 tables, and a large flat-screen TV. Summary: We rented this house in large part for the indoor pool. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the septic and the pool area toilet overflowed and leaked raw sewage into the pool. We discovered and reported this Monday morning. The pool wasn’t usable until Friday night, and we checked out Saturday. This problem was caused by the septic not being maintained properly, so it was avoidable. We were not offered any alternative accommodations or reimbursement by the property owner company. The communication regarding the problem was also a challenge throughout the week. We had to keep contacting the company to request updates, which should have been provided to us proactively. Overall, the cabin was what we needed, and we made the best of it.
