The kitchen is a chef’s dream and perfect for cooking large meals with plentiful granite countertops and bar space. Kitchen appliances include Dacor double ovens, KitchenAid ceramic electric cooktop, under the counter microwave, KitchenAid side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, a “Sonic-style” crushed ice machine, and a separate sink for the bar area.
The living area of the home boasts floor to ceiling windows that integrate the open living space to a large outdoor screened-in porch with a dining area and a separate sitting area to relax and enjoy the stunning lake views. The living room includes a 40” Sony flat screen TV, Sonos surroundsound speakers inside and outside of the home, comfortable furniture, ceiling fans and a wood-burning fireplace.
The outdoor area features a beautiful new pool and splash pad, a BBQ grill, a built in wood burning fire pit, a 40-foot flagpole and plenty of outdoor seating for lounging, sunbathing or dining. There’s a fully functional boat dock with an electric boat lift and a second story deck perfect for entertaining or sunbathing.
The home includes four bedrooms and five full bathrooms. There is a king size bed in the master, two queen rooms and a large fourth bedroom with two queen beds. The master bedroom features Frette linens while the remaining three rooms are outfitted with Ralph Lauren linens and bedding; bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs; Apple TV and/or Roku players.
