Weโre currently working on two exterior improvement projects to enhance the property:
*The PVC fence surrounding the pool is being replaced with a new durable metal fence, and a new Sundeck by the pool is being constructed. These projects will not impact guest access or use of the pool area, and should be completed by July 2025 if not sooner.

* This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo sleeps 6 with a KING bed in the Main bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and an additional Queen Sofa bed in the Living room.
* There is a large Balcony with DIRECT Gulf/Beach Front views for viewing Beautiful Sunsets that you can access from the Living room and Main bedroom.
* There's a Breakfast Bar in the Dining room/Kitchen with LED under counter and bar lighting, and a large table with seating for 6 people.
* The Living room has a 4K Samsung 55" flat screen TV, and a Natuzzi Leather Queen size Sofa Bed with upgraded mattress.
* The Main Bedroom has a 43" ROKU TV, a KING size Bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.
* The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed, flat screen TV and a second full bath with a large shower right next door.
* There's a TV in each bedroom for a total of 3 TV's.
* There is a Cafe' on site, open from 8:00am-5:00pm, and a Beach Front Tiki Bar.
* The location of this complex is close to everything!
* There is an ice cream shop right next door, and a convenience store right across the street.
* Johns Pass is right over the bridge with shops, restaurants, water activities, shopping, boat rentals, jet ski rentals and much more!
* There are many restaurants, and beach front restaurants with outdoor dining, ice cream stores and shops within walking distance.
* The best part of being at the beach is watching the Sunset every night right from your balcony!
