First Floor: Step into the welcoming foyer, featuring shiplap walls and a direct view through sliding doors to the pool. From the foyer, enter the expansive, light-filled great room. The living room boasts coffered ceilings, a stone-surround fireplace framed by custom oak built-in shelves and cabinetry. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a cathedral ceiling, custom cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, white quartz counters and backsplash, and a 40-square-foot island with additional built-in storage and seating for five. Adjacent to the kitchen, the bright dining room with cathedral ceilings, shiplap walls, and sliding doors opens onto the back deck, offering seating for ten or more.
