The standard of finish in the property is excellent. Inc SONOS music throughout with flat screen smart T.V. in the sitting room / kitchen and master bed room.
Marble bathrooms.
Set over 4 floors this house has spacious bedrooms and 2 x Marble ensuite bathrooms.. One of which has a TV to watch while having a long soak in the bath tub!
The very top floor bedroom has a 'ZIP & LINK' type bed which can be either a single / twin or super king bed.
The third bedroom is set as a dressing room with a single guest bed
It is ideal for baby / toddler room as it is next door to the master bedroom. The room fits a cot or a single bed.
The sitting room has plenty of seating for up to 6 guests as does the dining table.
The kitchen dining area is spacious with a great bay suede booth for seating.
A dining table seats six comfortably.
There is also a separate study and utility room with Miele washing machine and Miele tumble dryer.
There is a small private outdoor patio that can seat up to 4 x guests.
There is a lovely communal courtyard with seating towards the front of the property.
N.B. Guests with children please note there are no ball games, children playing loudly or bike riding within the Cambisgate private estate.
A garage to the rear of the property can house 1 x small car plus an additional allocated off street parking space for 1 x other car which is large enough to park a RANGE ROVER SPORT / BENTLEY BENTAYGA
