Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Bedroom 4: twin beds, bedside cabinets, lamps, wardrobe. TV with DVD and blu-ray. Family bathroom: bath with hand held shower, WC, hand basin.
Entertainment: large screen TV with Virgin Freeview, Blu Ray player, Sonus sound system, BT Broadband. For Families: Outside: courtyard garden: decking, table and chairs, charcoal BBQ. Parking: parking for one car only - inside the Garage. There is also a small drop off area in front of the garage but cars cannot be parked here during your stay. General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Gas central heating. No smoking. Pets: two medium sized, well behaved dogs welcome. Not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
