Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The open plan design of the lodge was perfect for our group of friends. The bedrooms were spacious and we liked that each had its own en-suite. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking together. We liked the rural location and the walking routes directly from the lodge.
Negative: Very little to criticise because we liked everything very much indeed. Maybe the fridge could have been bigger given the number of people and the lack of shops nearby for provisions. We struggled a little to find the address in the dark. Much easier in daylight :-)
Summary: Very comfortable and well designed cottage - perfect for our weekend of walking, cooking, doing puzzles amd relaxing
