Positive: Location was great. Staff in the building were very accommodating. Pool facilities were lovely. Building kept very clean and secure. Apartment has a great view / outlook and was adequately spacious, just needs a bit of TLC with the quality and cleanliness of sofa and general fixtures.
Negative: Quality of towels was poor. Lacked any welcome inclusions (complimentary tea and coffee for example). Short on glassware etc to self cater. Beds not overly comfortable. Leasing agent made it difficult to check-in, wanting additional documentation for daughter (proof of parent details / approval to travel outside country of birth) over and above any other hotel / apartment requests. Not appreciated after a 30+ hour flight.
