The one level, three bedroom house structure with a large and accommodating great room encourages friendly gatherings whether it be families or friends. Three inviting bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, cozy clean- burning gas fireplace, large picture windows and homey décor are all features that combine to make a relaxed, yet elegant atmosphere. The enclosed backyard features a spacious deck and barbecue area. The front deck is a perfect place to watch squirrels and neighbors enjoying nature. Four bikes are provided to avoid the car lines at the beach entrances while facilitating a favorite Tahoe pastime of biking the many wonderful, flat trails that lead to Pope, Kiva and Baldwin Beach. Whether with your sweetheart or whole family, this comfortable, cozy home, is designed to enjoy Lake Tahoe’s spectacular outdoor amenities while enjoying all the comforts of home. South Lake Tahoe has a new cutting edge bicycle challenge course and outdoor recreation opportunities such as zip lines, ropes courses, rock climbing and snow park runs. Casino nightlife is only 15 minutes away to fuel your party side after a day of outside activities. For those who don't like eating out, there is a fully outfitted kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove and microwave.. All rooms have knotty pine ceilings. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and convenient bathroom with shower. Bedroom two and three have queen size beds and there is an aerobed in the closet. Quality linens are provided. The second bathroom with shower over tub is just outside the middle bedroom.
