Summary: the appearance of the complex and flat was great, modern and clean, pretty quiet while we were there. would have been nice to have some minimum kitchen cleaning supplies included, no cloth/sponge or dish soap provided. there were a few minor issues but which were resolved through whatsapp communication with the agency: wrong key code in email + power outage due to no information/warning that turning e.g. AC and oven on at same time, causes main breaker to switch off + washing machine was not working, but agency sorted it and had new machine ready by end of day when we returned. instructions on garbage disposal over whatsapp was in bad english and very confusing, also not enough bins provided to separate glass and paper from plastics. A clear information leaflet provided in the flat would help with some of those hiccups, was my recommendation to the agency.
