Please note that the pool and deck areas were severely damaged and are not as prior pictures show. The Beach is accessible and has returned quite nicely.

This unit is literally steps away from white sands of Redington Beach. This is a quiet and peaceful 38 unit condominium building with only monthly renters allowed. It’s away from the busier areas of Madiera Beach and John’s Pass but close enough to be convenient. Relax, soak up the sun, watch incredible sunsets, walk the beach for shells and play in the warm surf of the Gulf.
This is the ideal vacation spot on the west coast of Forida. It is close to big city culture and attractions such as the Salvator Dali Museum, Down Town St Petersburg, Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Lightning NHL Hockey, Buccaneer NFL Football, Rays MLB Baseball. Orlando, Florida with Disney World, Universal Studios and Lego Land is just 90 minutes away on I-4. Redington Beach is minutes away from John's Pass, known for its boardwalk shops, restaurants and boat, Jet Ski, bike, and scooter rentals. If Fishing is your angle, there are Deep sea and charter fishing excursions everyday or fish from the public piers or surf cast.
Artfully decorated the condo has master bedroom with a king size bed and private master suite bathroom. A second bedroom is accommodated with two twin beds. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. The dinning room is set for four but will expand. The living room has comfortable seating in front of an entertainment center with a 42 inch flat screen TV, free basic cable and WiFi. Yes both bedrooms have TV’s as well.
There is really no need to bring anything besides your flip flops and bathing suit.
