The attractive barn conversion is in the grounds of the owner’s home with shared gardens in peaceful countryside on the edge of Dartmoor close to the River Dart, yet with easy access to the A38, the perfect bolt hole.
The local town of Ashburton has shops, delis, pubs and restaurants and close by you will find the towns of Totnes and seaside town of Paignton. Further afield there are many local attractions to visit such as Dartmoor Zoo, Woodlands Theme Park, Plymouth’s National Marine Aquarium and Barbican, or the cathedral city of Exeter. Explore nearby Dartmoor National Park or try your hand at canoeing, high ropes and fishing all available locally.
