This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with a finished basement home that sleeps 8 comfortably. The wrap around deck and outdoor smokeless fire pit are perfect for outdoor wine drinking and s’mores. This is a country getaway but with road access and charm. It has all the trappings of a country getaway and none of the city vibe. The porch and various walking trails make this an attractive, comfortable house for larger groups or a couple looking for some peace and quiet.
Recently updated: Refinished floors, ceilings, tub and new bathroom, granite countertops, sink and cabinets and fresh paint through the living room.
Guest access
Be comfortable and make yourself at home. You have exclusive access to the house, porch and Solo Stove. Other guests may be staying at the Barn Manor next door and Camp SkyTent in the woods. The large back yard is somewhat shared with the guests at the Barn Manor. Feel free to walk the trails in the woods with respect to the campers.
Other things to note
The property is host to Camp SkyTent a hammock tree tent experience that is in the woods. At most three additional guests will share the woods with the guests of the house property. This will require no interaction on the part of our house guests. Guests drive in and drive out and are told not to interact with house guests.
There are doorbell cameras on the outside of the property on doors for security purposes.
For our city guests - we are tucked away in nature so expect to see a spider or an ant. Nothing out if the ordinary for farm life though.
