Positive: We liked the spacious rooms, covered deck and patio. The window mount air conditioners in the bedrooms were welcome during the hottest weather and they helped cool the entire house. We appreciated all of the chairs, stools and recliners in the house and on the deck and patio. The kitchen was well appointed with a gas range, loads of dishes and cutlery. The bathrooms were modern, large and both of the showers worked well. There were plenty of towels and a washer/dryer combo in the 1st floor bathroom. The house was well lit with many flush mount LED fixtures. We really enjoyed the private setting and expansive lawn with fire pit. The location was great for exploring Keuka Lake and it's many vineyards.
Negative: We would have liked dimmers on some of the ceiling lights and a few floor lamps. The staircase to the 2nd floor has limited headroom for taller people. The squeaky door hinges on the 1st floor bath need lubrication.
Summary: A terrific place to stay for exploring Keuka Lake and beyond.
