Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The rooms were modern clean and comfortable.

Negative: On arrival we were told that the cheaper rooms we had booked were for some unknown reason not available. We had to pay extra for a more expensive room even though that wasn’t what we’d booked. If the cheaper rooms were no longer available we should have been given the more expensive rooms without being charged. This was not a very welcoming first impression of the hotel . We felt rather ripped off.
