The Swirl Suite Annex is a newly remodeled hotel-room style studio that truly maximizes all its space. This second floor studio condo features a kitchenette, bathroom and main studio with queen bed, sofa bed and desk area (if you need to get some work done). Fully renovated in 2021, you'll enjoy all the amenities of this space including high pressure shower, heated bathroom floor, kitchenette with sink and mini-fridge, high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV with streaming services. There is a shared washer and dryer in the entryway. It's the ideal space to enjoy your Killington vacation and the location right on the bus route cannot be beat. If you need more space, you can also rent the one-bedroom Swirl Suite next door. (NOTE: This is a hotel-room style unit featuring one room and bathroom. There is a kitchenette.)
• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.

• The pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
