All major appliances are Whirlpool Elite models and include a fully programmable dishwasher, large over-the-stove microwave, glass-top electric range, full-sized stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with in-door water and ice dispenser, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with an abundance of dishes, cups, glasses, and serving pieces. Small appliances include a griddle, waffle iron, Hamilton Beach Coffee Station, Keurig single-serve Coffee Maker/Hot Brewer, large blender, malt machine, toaster, and a new 15-piece Hard-Anodized Premium Cookware set along with a full complement of Chicago Cutlery Chef and Steak Knives.
Prior to our purchase of 7th Heaven, it was never open to guests so you will be among the first to enjoy all new furnishings, new paint, new floor tile throughout, and new window treatments among other amenities.
The dining room has ample seating around the table in addition to seating at the adjacent bar. You are also welcome to use the Pack-and-Play and stroller which you'll find tucked away.
The master bedroom and the family room have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean and the beautiful white sandy beaches.
Every room has a new flat-screen TV with 200+ cable channels including HBO.
Password-protected wireless WIFI is available throughout the condo.
You can rest assured that exterior security measures are in place to keep you, your family, and your belongings safe. The condo complex has close caption camera monitoring, and our unit and several others nearby have exterior Ring doorbell monitors. Through these security features, you can reach me immediately with any issues you may have accessing the unit or any questions or concernsโ but also so that you do not need to be concerned with any unauthorized unit entries while you or your belongings are inside.
The spacious balcony has plenty of room for relaxing or soaking up some rays. A great place to greet the day with coffee or a smoothie and to plan your day of birding, biking, beaching, fishing, shelling, or just relaxing and doing nothing.
