The beach house Dalmatia is located in the southern part of Croatia, between Split and Dubrovnik. The beautiful private house with 4 apartments was newly built in 2014 and completely furnished with new, quality furniture. Here you have the direct sea view from all apartments, as directly on the beach (1. Row by the sea).

All apartments are sea-facing and air conditioned.
In the right wing of the house, on the 1st floor you are completely undisturbed and can enjoy your apartment including 2 bedrooms, living-dining area, shower room with toilet and bath, and a balcony with a wonderful sea view of the offshore islands.
The one bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x 200 cm), wardrobe, and a desk for your lap-topp. The other bedroom (children's room) is equipped with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), wardrobe and storage space.
From the hallway area you enter the living-dining area with modern and fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher. Sheets and towels are provided and included in all 4 apartments.
Three apartments overlooking the sea are located on the ground floor of the beach house. They are lovingly furnished apartments with a size of about 45 square meters for up to 3 people, with separate entrance. The apartments are fully furnished and meet the modern requirements. Two sun loungers for the beach are provided. The beach is only 5 meters from the house.
Satellite TV with flat screen, Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine and parking are available and are available free of charge. Parking is available in front of the house.
For boat owners we have our own buoy, which is provided free of charge.
Directly on the beach you have high-quality sun loungers and umbrellas. Even in the hottest summer heat you can enjoy your sunbath in the shade.
You have a beautiful sea view of the offshore islands. No matter what time of year you come to us, the piece of earth offers you absolute peace - far from any mass tourism and bustle. This is a paradise for nature lovers. However, if you are looking for tourist activity, you will find a varied offer only 6 km away in distant places such as Gradac or the town of Makarska 32 km away.
In Zaostrog and adjacent picturesque villages along the Dalmatian coast (eg Drvenik, Podaca, Brist, Gradac etc. you will find many small bays with beautiful, clear water.
There are many hiking trails and mountain bike tours in the immediate vicinity for all active people. From Drvenik and Makarska there are various boat trips, speedboats or day trips to the different islands (Hvar, Korcula, Brac etc.).
In the evening you can walk along the promenade along the sea and enjoy the scent of the sea. In the immediate vicinity about 50 meters away you will find good restaurants and cafes. Many different fish, meat and pizza restaurants are available for free choice.
Two food markets and a marketplace with fresh fruit / vegetables are in the immediate vicinity.
Due to the good connection on the way to Dalmatia, you can make a stopover in the National Park Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls or the beautiful city of Split with the Diocletian's Palace. These places are always worth a visit.
