A raised external terrace with large, motorised awning and beautiful rose bush is the perfect location for long, lazy breakfasts and lunches. The accommodation is arranged over two split levels with two double bedrooms, bathroom, w.c. and living spaces on the upper level with a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level. The house is ideally set up to accommodate two separate families and comes equipped with all of the appliances you would expect in a modern home. The décor is light and airy and the many sliding glass doors allow the house to open up to the garden on sunny days. We are a family with young children, so safety is important to us and we have specifically set up the house with this in mind. The private pool (with pool cover) is located within a secure, fenced garden and has its own immersion alarm for added peace of mind.
