2 Bedroom Apartment in Mogliano, Marche
We have two apartments that we rent out to guests all year round. The Tranquil downstairs apartment has two bedrooms, an open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. It has a terrace, with views down to the swimming pool, and a large garden where children can play, with a table between the olive trees.
The swimming pool is set at a distance from the apartments, visible but far enough away to remain private. It is surrounded by olive trees with a vine shaded lounging area at the end. We have a large orto and guests are encouraged to help themselves to fruit and vegetables in season. We bottle our own Prosecco and Verduzzo and make our own olive oil. Guests are welcome to purchase bottles to take home with them. We supply meals on request, served on the terrace or brought into the apartment to be eaten indoors, at a cost of €20 per adult, €15 per child, for a three course meal with wine.
Guests can bring dogs on request. We have three dogs who are very friendly, and two rather unfriendly cats.
