There is room for 5 persons in our beautiful single-family house, on request up to 7 persons can be accommodated.
On the ground floor are:
Well equipped kitchen with induction cooker, combi steamer, dishwasher and all the utensils needed for cooking and baking.
Cozy dining area with corner seat and large table (enough space not only to eat, but also for extensive games evenings).
Bright living room with large sofa, TV with satellite channels, CD and DVD player and Swedish stove for atmospheric fireplace evenings

In the basement is a washing machine available.
On the terrace on the ground floor and the roof terrace on the upper floor offers a unique panorama with views of the Münstertal and South Tyrolean mountains, up to the Ortler.
For cars we have a covered parking space and a parking space outdoors.
The price includes bed and bath linen, final cleaning and all local taxes.
Children welcome: v. a. the little guests can feel comfortable in our house. There is plenty of room to play in the spacious living area. Various toys, picture and children's books, children's CD's and movies as well as painting things are available for use. High chairs and children's cutlery ensure relaxed meals. If required, a baby and cot and a changing mat are available. In the garden, a large sandbox invites for digging and building. Toboggans are available for tobogganing.
Our holiday home in a sunny location is in Tschierv, the first village after the Ofenpass.
In summer you can head straight to the house for countless well-marked hiking and biking tours in the Biosfera region of Val Müstair. The Swiss National Park is also easily accessible by private or post bus and always worth a visit.
A special gem is the small, heated outdoor swimming pool in the village (free admission).
Not only in bad weather is worth a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Monastery St. Johann Müstair or one of the other museums in the valley.
A cycling or hiking tour, a trip with the Vinschgerbahn or a cable car, kite surfing on the Reschensee - that and much more you can do in nearby South Tyrol.
Even in winter there is always something to do in Tschierv and Val Müstair:
A well-maintained trail network for all levels of difficulty, on which even world-class runners in the context of the FIS Tour de Ski could prove their skills, makes the heart of cross-country skiers beat faster. In the small and fine ski resort of Minschuns, which lies above Tschierv, the alpine skiers can ski.
Especially suitable for families is the toboggan run: with a length of about 4 km it leads from Lü to Tschierv. At night the toboggan run is illuminated. The start is easily reached by post bus and the destination is only 5 minutes walk from the house. Also for ski tourers, snowshoe and winter hikers are numerous possibilities. Skating and ice hockey are possible on the ice field in Tschierv, as well as a game of curling.
For all summer and winter activities there is the possibility in Tschierv directly or in the valley to rent the necessary equipment.
