Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulf Crest is without a doubt my favorite property on PCB. We’re actually looking at purchasing there. It’s the last of the spacious condos on the beach. The property is 19 years old and I started staying there then. It’s amazing how well it’s maintained, it looks like it’s only a couple of years old. The HOA and management has done a great job keeping the place clean and in great repair. The condo was perfect! We’d definitely buy that one if it was on the market.
