OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.
NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.
NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund.
NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen.
PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property.
QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS ARE PROHIBITED - Unauthorized use of the rental propertyโs name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and/or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of any product or business or use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
ABANDONED BELONGINGS - Any belongings left behind in the unit after the guest checks out will be considered abandoned. If we have your belongings after your stay, the following charges will apply:
