The Space:
Urban Wilderness 1 by Tiny Away sits in the quiet town of Maudsland, just 29 minutes away from the Gold Coast. One of the main attractions of our tiny house is that it is just a 7-minute drive from the theme parks, which can be seen from the tiny house. Additionally, our property backs onto a nature reserve that is connected to Nerang National Park. The city is a popular tourist destination with a subtropical climate, known for its surfing beaches, theme parks, and lively nightlife. Cedar Creek Falls, Mount Tamborine Lookout, and Gold Coast beaches are just a few nearby attractions you can enjoy.
A peaceful countryside retreat overlooking a serene lake and open wilderness. The property boasts a unique pool and grassy area, where you can relax and unwind. And enjoy grilling some BBQ or sitting by the fire pit.
It's a cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guests will have access to the tiny house, the pool, and its surroundings, except the main house and Granny Flat.
From the parking area, there is a short walk to a tiny house. Each unit now has car access. 4WD is not required to access.
