There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom. The Boat House also has HD TV, AC/heat, charcoal Weber grill on large deck overlooking the private beach--access to 60 feet of waterfront! A garden railroad (G gauge) next door is fun for children and adults! Check out what's happening in the workshop as well. Unfortunately the Boathouse is not pet-friendly or accessible for wheelchairs as there is an outdoor flight of stairs to access the apartment.
