The recently completely renovated and newly furnished, detached chalet is located in a quiet side street of Cala Llombards,
about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of "Cala Llombards".
The single-storey house is located on an approximately 400 m2, completely fenced, unobservable property.
It has a beautiful outdoor area with a covered terrace, illuminated grill station with sink, a new pool 6.5 x 2.5 meters with a depth of 0.7m to 1.7m and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The adjoining terrace with the associated outdoor furniture such as table, chairs and sun loungers invite you to linger.
You have a beautiful panoramic view from the 80 m2 roof terrace with seating and loungers.
Our house has a living space of approx. 100 m2.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200 cm equipped with new, high quality spring mattresses.
A bathroom with toilet, bath with shower and glass partition and 2 sinks.
Guest toilet with hand basin and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
In the comfortably furnished living room there is a closed fireplace and direct access to the terrace and pool.
The separate dining room with Swedish stove is connected by a hatch to the completely new kitchen.
Our guests have air conditioning cold / warm in all rooms and for the cooler season
a fireplace, a swedish stove, and an oil central heating with radiators in every room.
The chalet has WiFi and German satellite TV with a DVD player.
We also provide you with bed linen, shower and hand towels, pool towels and tea towels free of charge.
A cot and high chair are available for our very young guests.
From now on our guests can use 2 bicycles free of charge.
