Upon entry the large living room measures 18 x 20 and looks through the family room to a tranquil lake view. The kitchen has been modernized with wood flooring, glass tile back splashes, track lighting and stainless oven, smooth cook top, stainless microwave, sink, disposer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Plus there's plenty of cabinets as the kitchen is a generous 12 x 11 in size. The adjoining dining room (13 x 12) and family room (15 x 13 ) have real wood floors - not laminate - and crown molding. From both these areas you will enjoy even more expansive water views. The hallway to the left of the living room and convenient to all the main areas is the 3rd full size bathroom and further down that hall is the inside laundry To the right of the living room is another hall with lots of closets that leading to the large 14 x 14 second bedroom and guest bath and at the other end of the hall is the master suite that again have wonderful lake views. For your outside enjoyment in the front of the home is a 23 X 11 patio that's encircled by a decorative half wall. Behind the family room is the covered porch. There is also a concrete seawall.
