Step into the villa and you will find yourself in the beautiful living room with high, vaulted ceilings and a comfortable sitting area. This space flows easily to the outdoor area, which is really where you will spend most of your time!The villa has several outdoor living areas with a bar (beverages are not included) and another with unique Japanese teppanyaki (hibachi) grill where you can enjoy live cooking and casual meals by the grill or in the outdoor dining area (food is not included). These outdoor living- and dining areas are all covered so you can enjoy the space day and night, rain or shine!The formal indoor dining area looks out on the swimming pool and the windows can slide open to let the breeze in. This is the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace.A spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation – and your villa rental includes a chef, so you don't have to worry about cooking (groceries are not included)!The villa has 6 comfortable bedrooms. The master suite is a beautifully decorated and spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, air-condition, ceiling fan, TV, closet space, and lots of natural light. You have your own private terrace with views of the lush nature that surrounds you and you even direct access to the pool area. Your personal chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler will assist you and the staff around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc. and the maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.You'll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.Other things to note-PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES-Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and are never included in your villa rental ($).
