Villa Hanna is a beautiful detached villa with magnificent lake view, located in Montecucco, a charming hamlet of Gardone Riviera. It is a 5-minute walk from the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the Botanical Garden - Andrè Heller and a 5-minute drive from the magnificent lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, all basic necessities, free or paid beaches and the boat service, which allows you to reach all the resorts on the lake, forgetting about traffic.
The completely independent villa is on two levels and consists on the ground floor of a large living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a portico equipped with table and chairs for eating outside.
Going up the external stairs you reach the second floor where there is a large living room with
balcony overlooking the lake, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and laundry room.
The property is completed by a private garden, private parking space, a saltwater infinity pool and a furnished roof terrace.
