Recently refurbished, the villa is furnished with great care and taste and is immersed in the green Mugello valley, a few kilometers from Florence, in a panoramic position. The house is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden of 3.000sqm. equipped with pool for exclusive use of the guests (7m. x 14m. prof. 120cm to 350cm.). The property also has a nice porch which can be used for outdoor dining. Wi-Fi free. Private parking within the grounds and two charging stations for electric vehicles. The house is located 3.5 km. from "Vicchio" (birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico), at 37km. from Florence, at 23km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), at 20km. the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", at 3.5km. riding stables.
