It is ideal for 8 people but if fits 10.It has 240 sq.meters. On the ground floor there is a sauna, a swimming pool and a gym. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and air-conditioned. Two rooms have a terrace with the sea view. On the second floor there is a spacious living room and dining area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The space opens out to the terrace with a beautiful view on town Komiža and nearby islands Biševo, Svetac and Brusnik where you can relax and enjoy in the famous sunset. House is located in Komiža Town on the west side of Vis island. It is 15-20 minutes drive from the ferry port in Vis Town.
House is surrounded by a private garden where you can relax in sauna, gym,having a swim in a pool or just sunbathing and enjoying in the sun. Everything is within easy walking distance but yet very quiet and ideal for relaxing.
