Negative: The house has problems with damp, which is visible on the walls, ceiling, and woodwork. The smell of moisture is strong, especially on the ground floor. The outside stairs (connecting the ground floor and the upper floor) are untidy. Unfortunately, the terrace or the inner garden was unusable; it was dirty, full of broken glass, and we even found an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the table. Right above the garden table there is a window and the ventilation system of the neighboring restaurant. The ventilation runs constantly, the smell of cooking is pervasive, and you can also hear the kitchen staff working. The fridge in one of the kitchens had not been cleaned. The trash bin was full of garbage left by the previous guests. The bed in one of the rooms (upstairs) creaks with even the slightest movement.
