There is a garden with sitting area on the other side of the house, under the trees. The 3 bedrooms are downstairs, together with the 2 bathrooms. There are 2 rooms with a double bed, and a twin bedroom. Upstairs is the living area with open plan kitchen and dining area, with access to the upper terrace. It is very easy to reach on a central yet quiet spot.
The bedrooms are all on entrance level, on the ground floor. There is a twin bedroom, and there are 2 double bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the space adjacent to the master bedroom. If needed, a child could sleep here.

Up the stairs is the living room with open plan kitchen. It gives access to the terrace in the front that overlooks the swimming pool area.
